Job Description
Maxplus is looking for 2 motivated and confident Marketing & Lead Generation Executives to join our team in Dubai.
This role is mainly focused on lead generation and business development for exhibition stand projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors, contacting companies, introducing our exhibition stand design and build services, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Candidates with social media marketing experience or knowledge of LinkedIn and other digital platforms will have an advantage, but social media experience is not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Research upcoming exhibitions and identify potential exhibitors.
- Find and build databases of potential clients.
- Make outbound calls to companies and exhibitors.
- Contact prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Introduce our exhibition stand design and build services.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead information.
- Use LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify potential customers.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and market research.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Continuously develop new sources for potential exhibition stand clients.
Requirements
- Good English & Hindi communication skills are essential.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to research companies and find decision-makers.
- Ability to work with daily targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, social media, online research, and digital lead generation is an added advantage.
