Marketing & Executive Assistant for 4 Star Upscale Hotel & Residence in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a hospitality-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of marketing within the hospitality industry who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities
▪️ Support content coordination across social media and digital platforms
▪️ Assist with marketing collateral, presentations, and brand communication
▪️ Provide administrative and executive support to senior leadership
▪️ Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
▪️ Maintain strong attention to detail across all marketing and administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For:
▪️ Previous marketing experience within hospitality is essential
▪️ Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
▪️ Strong communication and coordination skills
▪️ Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
▪️ Comfortable supporting both marketing initiatives and executive administration
Compensation & Benefits:
▪️ Gross Salary: AED 5,400 per month
▪️ Monthly Service Charge
▪️ Two weekly off days
▪️ Visa & medical insurance
