About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, camera-comfortable Marketing Executive who will serve as the face and voice of our brand across digital platforms. This role blends on-camera presence with hands-on content creation, you’ll be the one shooting, editing, and designing the content that shapes how our audience sees us. It’s ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable in front of the lens as behind the editing timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Presence & On-Camera Work
- Act as the primary face/voice of the brand across social media, video content, and marketing campaigns
- Present product features, brand stories, testimonials, and promotional content on camera
- Build a consistent, recognizable brand personality across all content touchpoints
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and produce short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end video editing — cutting, color grading, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics
- Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices
Graphic & Poster Design
- Design posters, social media creatives, banners, and promotional graphics
- Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone)
- Collaborate with the team to translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals
Content Strategy & Execution
- Contribute ideas for content calendars, campaign themes, and creative concepts
- Track performance of content (engagement, reach, conversions) and iterate based on insights
Requirements
- 0–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role
- Comfortable and confident on camera; strong verbal communication skills
- Hands-on proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their content formats
- Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with basic motion graphics or animation
- A personal portfolio, reel, or social channel showcasing on-camera and editing work
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance
