The Role
The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Director of Public Relations and join Al Zorah Beach Resort at a defining stage of its evolution.
This is an opportunity for a creative and ambitious marketing professional to help shape how the resort is seen, experienced, and remembered. The role offers broad exposure, meaningful ownership, and the chance to contribute to the journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.
We are looking for someone with genuine curiosity, strong creative instinct, commercial awareness, and a real passion for hospitality and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the resort’s marketing and public relations plan.
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and communication activities.
- Maintain the marketing, content, promotional, and events calendars.
- Prepare, schedule, and publish approved social media content.
- Maintain accurate and engaging content across the resort’s website and digital platforms.
- Draft and proofread content for social media, newsletters, brochures, menus, signage, websites, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photography, videography, content shoots, design, printing, and creative production.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, pricing, dates, and approved messaging.
- Support media visits, influencer stays, press engagements, partnerships, and promotional events.
- Liaise with resort departments to gather content, offers, operational information, and approvals.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and other suppliers.
- Monitor digital activity, campaign performance, social media engagement, and media coverage.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, purchase requests, and expenditure records.
- Maintain organised campaign files, approval records, supplier documents, and marketing assets.
- Support the Director of Public Relations with brand transition, opening preparations, and departmental projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, wellness, food and beverage, or a premium consumer brand is preferred.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, digital platforms, content production, and external suppliers.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue and brand positioning.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, website content management, and performance reporting.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative platforms is preferred.
- Arabic, Russian, or another relevant language is an advantage.
