Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Organize promotional events and marketing activities.
- Maintain the company’s website and digital marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Assist in developing new marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and SEO is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
