Support in the organization of promotional events and product launches.
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when needed.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience in Real Estate
Proven experience in marketing, advertising in Real Estate Field (3–5 years preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
