Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute our digital marketing strategy and strengthen brand visibility across social and digital platforms.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelance partners to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales growth.
This job requires supported Relocation to Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for content creation, video shoots, and campaign execution.
- Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and high-quality posting across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Contribute to new product launch campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive awareness and leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align digital campaigns with brand and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (FMCG, retail, or building materials preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design software (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Proactive mindset and a self-starter
