Job purpose:
• Support the Director of Marketing, PR & Communications in delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand and support business objectives.
• Execute marketing activities across multiple channels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enhance guest engagement.
• Promote Jayasom’s wellness and sustainability culture through daily work and interactions.
Key operational responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing projects, content creation, promotional materials, photography, videography, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and guest experiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage marketing assets, budgets, and multiple projects while ensuring brand consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through innovation, emerging technologies, and AI tools.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign evaluations to support business decisions.
• Perform additional marketing duties as required to support operational needs.
Job requirements:
• BSc/BA in Marketing or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience in brand launches, campaign management, and pre-opening projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, organization, and project management skills with a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
