We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator who can build and manage our brand presence from the ground up. This is not a strategy role — we need someone who executes, creates, and delivers results every week.
What You Will Do
- Plan, film, and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and stories (construction project updates, educational content, behind-the-scenes)
- Manage our Instagram account — 3 posts per week minimum, consistent brand voice
- Maintain and update our company website — update content, upload project photos, basic edits (no coding required, platform-based)
- Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Google targeting villa owners in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
- Produce and manage downloadable lead magnet PDFs and landing pages
- Track performance metrics — followers, engagement, leads generated, ad spend vs results — and report weekly
- Photograph construction project milestones on site (must be comfortable on active construction sites)
- Manage the “Villa Legacy Website” for each client project — weekly photo updates, progress narrative
