We are Mohammad Khalaf Establishment, a growing company that owns a chain of restaurants and cafés located in Jeddah and Makkah.
Our portfolio includes franchised brands such as Blanca Pizzeria, Hemi cafe,8oz cafe and Sweet bread Bakery . In addition to these, we proudly own our exclusive local brand, Shai Plus. As part of our expansion and brand development, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Officer to support our marketing goals and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Create and design digital marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
Respond to and monitor Google Reviews, analyze customer feedback, and suggest improvements
Develop and implement monthly and yearly marketing plans in coordination with the management
Draft and manage marketing contracts with influencers, content creators, or agencies
Understand and apply digital platform algorithms and trends to maximize reach and engagement
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance analysis reports
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) for marketing needs
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
Strong knowledge of graphic design tools and digital content creation
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online campaign management
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and SEO basics
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the Saudi market (Jeddah & Makkah) and local trends
