MARKETING DEVELOPER
Are you a driven marketing professional with strong connections in Qatar’s construction and real estate industry? Join our growing team and help expand a premium brand specializing in luxury furniture, interior solutions, and fit-out services.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales within Qatar’s construction, real estate, interior design, or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatari market, including key industry players, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Well-established network within the construction, real estate, and fit-out sectors.
- Female Arabic speaker preferred, with good English communication skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company’s luxury furniture, interior solutions, and fit-out services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Contribute to brand awareness and achieve sales and business growth targets.
