We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator (Saudi National) to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and suppliers to produce marketing materials.
- Manage and update marketing content across digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate event logistics, sponsorship activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Support the marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 Years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
