Eligibility
Applicants must be based in the UAE and able to commute reliably to Abu Dhabi. Valid UAE residency is required; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided.
Allowance
A modest monthly internship allowance will be provided.
Position Summary
AmCham Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support its marketing and communications activities. This part‑time internship offers practical experience in social media, content creation, photography, video, graphic design, and event promotion within an international business environment.
The ideal candidate will have some hands‑on experience with digital content tools and be ready to contribute while receiving guidance and developing professionally.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule content for Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Contribute creative ideas to social media planning and content development.
- Take and edit photographs and short videos for events and digital platforms.
- Design social media graphics, invitations, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Support event promotion, event coverage, and post‑event recaps.
- Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and performance tracking.
- Organize photographs, videos, templates, and other digital assets.
- Support other marketing and communications projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Some practical experience creating content for social media.
- Ability to take and edit photographs and short videos.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Organized, dependable, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with Word Press, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is an advantage.
