Marketing Associate, Value Promotions and Operations – UAE National Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at DELIVEROO
Responsibilities
You’ll be joining the Value & Promotions Marketing team. As part of your role you will also be responsible for campaign performance and optimizations to drive further growth through test and learn. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills as well as a naturally collaborative approach.
- Champion the consumer voice by delivering plans that offer great value to customers
- Work with global and local teams to implement and execute our Middle East Marketing Promotional Calendar, ensuring best in class execution and relevant communication
- Own weekly reporting on in‑flight campaign performance and post campaign analysis to understand metrics of success and identify improvement areas and opportunities to experiment
- Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to strengthen plans
Qualifications
- Preferred 1‑2 years experience in a marketing role
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Strong analytical and commercial skills; comfortable interpreting data and using analytical tools like Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple cross‑departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levels
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
- Self‑starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced matrixed organisation with constant change
- Proven track record in making things happen—delivering results quickly and efficiently.
