As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of multi‑channel marketing initiatives, helping strengthen Mnzil’s brand presence and drive engagement across our audiences. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams while taking ownership of projects and contributing fresh ideas that make an impact.

What You’ll Own
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with our community and tracking performance
- Support email marketing initiatives, including newsletters and automated workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to support business initiatives
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are delivered on time
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in a startup or agency environment is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
- Basic experience with design tools such as Canva is a plus
