Key Responsibilities:

Onground Campaign Execution:

Execute

innovative

campaigns, including activations, sponsorships, and direct marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Vendor Management:

Procuring and working with different vendors to execute brand and marketing campaigns

Being responsible for budgets and timelines.

Working cross functionally with different business units to ensure smooth operations

Plugging in to help with the internal noon Press Operations, which is responsible for media production.

Event & Activation Management:

Organize, and oversee promotional events, trade shows, roadshows, and product sampling activities.

Ensure all activations align with brand messaging and business objectives.

Ensure branding consistency across all kiosks, and promotional setups

Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and event organizers to execute campaigns effectively.

Video Commerce:

Execution and team oversight

Oversee and manage the day-to-day shoots

Ensure the team is hitting their daily targets

Responsible for Quality checks and constant improvement in efficiency

Track and analyze the productivity and performance of the team.

Partnerships Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships.

Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contracts.

Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns.

Analyze partnership performance and provide reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals

What you’ll need:

Any kind of management experience is a must- either in production agencies or

store operations

or working for brands.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in BTL, brand activations, or event management.

Strong understanding of consumer engagement strategies and brand activations.

Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and

multitasking

abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously during an event.

UAE Driving license

Willingness to

travel for on-ground activations and events.
