Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and assist in sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include organizing promotional materials, coordinating with the team to execute marketing activities, monitoring market trends, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. The role also involves supporting customer service efforts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role, including working closely with the CEO and the founder.
- Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms is a plus
- Digital savvy
- Likes to be hands-on with multitasking attitude
- Familiarity with the beauty or hair care industry is highly desirable
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
