About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, disciplined, and detail-driven Event & Talent Coordinator to join our Dubai team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages tasks with precision, and communicates confidently in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bookings of models, hostesses, and promotional staff for events, campaigns, and shoots
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding requirements, briefings, and timelines
- Maintain, update, and organize the talent database with full accuracy
- Assist with casting coordination, scheduling, and availability checks
- Prepare and manage paperwork, contracts, and client/talent correspondence
- Support the team with project management for brand activations and shoots
- Attend events or castings for onsite supervision when needed
What You Need to Succeed:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills — ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Confident and professional communication skills (both written and verbal in English)
- Previous experience in events, staffing, marketing, or talent agency work is a plus
- Ability to handle client communication professionally and meet deadlines
- Based in Dubai (driving license is a bonus but not essential)
