Marketing and Sales Executive- Remote and outdoor Jobs in Dubai at AMIS INNOVATIONS FZ-LLC
We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer ELECTRICAL – PLUMB – HVAC (MEP) specialists.
Basic Salary – 3500 AED.
Accommodation will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform site inspections and audits to identify and resolve electrical issues during project execution.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Reviewing Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC and ELV Shop Drawings.
Obtaining DEWA design approvals (Electricity & Water) and arranging for technical discussions with client.
Awareness of DEWA, DCD, DM, DDA Design Approvals rules and regulations.
Preparation of project documentation, including reports, proposals, and project cost estimates.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates effectively.
Executing MEP works for all our projects and building a strong MEP team.
Manage the close out process for Electrical trades and Electrical finishes.
Oversee installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
