Marketing and Sales Coordinator Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al-Khashab Building Materials Co. LLC
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating site visits, and maintaining sales records. Experience in the CCTV or ELV industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requirements.
- Coordinate site visits and meetings with the technical team.
- Maintain sales records and documentation.
- Follow up on quotations and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for project execution.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Perform general sales administration tasks.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Experience in CCTV, ELV, or Security Systems is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.

Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
