Adept at handling commercial cleaning equipment, following food safety standards, and ensuring a positive guest experience through attention to detail.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Restaurant Hygiene & Sanitation: Knowledgeable in maintaining the highest hygiene standards, including proper sanitation practices for kitchens, dining areas, and food prep stations.
Deep Cleaning: Knowledgeable in deep cleaning tasks such as floor scrubbing, window washing, and cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, and hoods.
Health & Safety Compliance: Familiar with local health regulations and food safety protocols, ensuring all areas meet sanitation and cleanliness requirements.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and with flexible working hours
Equipment Handling: Knowledeable in using commercial-grade cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and specialized cleaning tools for kitchens.
Team Collaboration: Works well with the team
Experience:
Previous cleaning supervisor experience in restaurant settings, maintaining cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Proven ability to manage cleaning schedules
Key Qualities:
Attention to detail, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team
