Job Objective:
The Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, enhance brand awareness, and build strategic partnerships. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure that campaigns align with company goals and market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns targeting various audience segments.
Set campaign objectives and timelines, ensuring the achievement of defined goals.
Create new marketing initiatives and utilize modern marketing techniques to expand the customer base and boost revenue.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze results using analytical tools to ensure desired outcomes.
Identify potential partners and develop strategic relationships to support marketing campaigns.
Manage partnership agreements and negotiate terms that enhance the success of joint campaigns.
Oversee the implementation of partnership agreements and ensure their successful execution.
Coordinate with sales, public relations, and advertising teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Organize marketing events, workshops, and seminars to expand campaign reach and engage the target audience.
Conduct market research to identify audience trends and needs, ensuring campaign designs meet customer expectations.
Provide regular reports and analyses on the performance of campaigns and partnerships.
Define budgets for campaigns and partnerships, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
Determine return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and analyze economic feasibility.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing content aligned with campaign and partnership objectives.
Manage digital channels and social media platforms to support campaigns and boost audience engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, brand activation, or a similar role.
Experience in the retail sector or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
