Job Overview:
We are seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team with data-driven insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence. This role will be instrumental in shaping our hiring strategies by providing deep labor market analysis, industry benchmarking, and sourcing intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct research on labor market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent movement.
Benchmark compensation, job titles, and skills across industries and geographies.
Provide insights on emerging talent pools and hiring hotspots.
Maintain the Cv data base liaise with acquisition team for preparing shortlists.
Conduct local and regional salary survey through professional network and agencies
Analysis of the survey reports and perpetration of appropriate recommendations based on the same.
Talent Mapping & Sourcing Strategy
Identify and analyze key talent segments for critical roles.
Create talent pipelines by mapping passive candidates and high-demand skills.
Collaborate with recruiters to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze hiring data, candidate behavior, and recruitment trends to inform decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports on workforce demographics, hiring metrics, and talent supply-demand.
Track employer brand perception and candidate experience insights.
Collaboration & Advisory
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Leads to align market intelligence with hiring needs.
Provide strategic recommendations on talent attraction and workforce planning.
Support employer branding initiatives with market insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Omani National
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in market research, talent intelligence, or recruitment analytics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights or similar tools is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Communication: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
