Role Overview
We are seeking a UAE National to oversee and audit our kiosk operations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role involves visiting multiple retail kiosk locations daily to ensure operational standards, brand compliance, and sales practices are consistently maintained. This is a field-based role requiring mobility, attention to detail, and basic reporting discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 5 to 6 kiosk locations daily across assigned areas, starting from early afternoon (around 1 PM)
- Conduct quick audits (10-15 minutes per kiosk) using a predefined checklist
- Ensure cleanliness, branding, and POS materials are properly maintained at each location
- Verify that promoters are selling the correct products and following guidelines
- Engage briefly with kiosk staff to understand any on ground issues
- Identify and escape any red flags or non-compliance issues to the reporting manager immediately
- Submit a simple daily report summarizing status, issues, and observations
Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Basic communication and observation skills
- Ability to follow a checklist and report findings clearly
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined in field execution
