Communication
Internal Communication Purpose
- Fleet Managers
- Technical Superintendents/ Vessel Masters
- Crewing team – Liaise with Fleet Managers/Technical Superintendents to validate certifications and for smooth operations of the vessel
- Work with the Crewing team on crew travel, changes, and other personnel issues.
External Communication Purpose
- Clients (Oil & Gas Majors) e.g., QatarEnergy, QATARGAS, Shell, TotalEnergies etc.
- Sub-contractors – Liaise with the clients for smooth operations and compliance with contractual requirements
- Monitor performance and ensure smooth operations of sub-contracted vessels and Jack-up barges
