Marine Operations Supervisor Jobs in Dubai, UAE at VM Marine International Ltd
To assist and report to the Head of Operations/Head of Marine Assurance on day-to-day operations of the company’s vessels under your control. 24×7 Point of contact for all operations and crewing requirements for vessels under your control. Responsible for planning, recruiting, and monitoring crew, not limited to what is stated in Annex I. Responsible for operational activities of the vessels under your control, not limited to what is stated in Annex II.
Liaise with other departments, clients, ships, and port agents (onshore and offshore) for the movement of vessels and crew. Supervise and administer assistants and coordinators for effective functioning of the department. Supervise travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements. Negotiate manning fees as per budget and prepare manning agreements. Ensure all are signed and coordinate if any authentications from consulates/embassies are required.
Ensure department KPIs are maintained and improved from previous quarters. Verify all crewing activity invoices prior to forwarding to HOD. Coordinate with agents and clients for all vessel and crew requirements. Job Type: Â Full-time Pay: Â From AED 5,500.00 per month Application Question: Â Willing to relocate to another region?
