About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marine Operations Manager to lead and oversee our fleet of DP2 Offshore Support Vessels operating across the GCC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore marine operations, client management, vessel performance, and project execution, with a strong understanding of the regional offshore oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilitie
- sManage the day-to-day operations of DP2 Offshore Support Vessels (AHTS, DSV, PSV, MPSV, etc.)
- .Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective vessel operations in compliance with international and client standards
- .Liaise with major offshore clients including Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, ADNOC, and other GCC operators
- .Manage vessel operational budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX)
- .Lead and oversee newbuild projects from design review through construction, delivery, commissioning, and acceptance
- .Coordinate vessel mobilization, demobilization, inspections, audits, and certifications
- .Monitor vessel performance, utilization, maintenance planning, and operational KPIs
- .Work closely with technical, commercial, crewing, and HSE departments to ensure seamless operations
- .Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- .Support tendering activities by providing operational inputs and vessel capability assessments

ceMaster Mariner or Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency will be an added advantag
