Responsibilities
To perform marine electrical works related to the vessels only in a safe, clean and professional manner as per direct instruction of the Management.
Maintenance of marine plant electrical machinery and marine works.
Overhauling of electrical equipment related to vessel.
Work independently under instruction of marine technical services manager.
Troubleshooting and repairing of electrical equipment.
Engine alarm monitoring system checking and repairing.
Inspection and testing of electronic switchboards.
Timely requisition of materials for above mentioned duties.
Use proper personal protective equipment at all times to perform work tasks.
Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to the Management.
Qualifications
Certified in Electrical Engineering.
Two years operating experience in a hotel marine engineering department.
Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
