The Maquette Designer and Technician plays a crucial role in the architecture and installation industry, particularly in creating detailed scale models that represent architectural designs. This position requires a blend of artistic skill and technical knowledge to transform concepts into tangible representations. The ideal candidate will work closely with capability of 2D CAD designing, production or assembly to ensure that the maquettes accurately reflect the intended vision and functionality of the projects.
With a minimum of three years and a maximum of seven years of experience in real estate Maquette Companies, this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about design andcraftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales team to understand project requirements and specifications.
Create detailed scale models using various materials such as wood, plastic, and metal.
Utilize CAD software, 2D machines (laser, CNC), Electronic integrations to develop precise designs and plans for maquettes.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of models by conducting regular checks and adjustments.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
Maintain an organized workspace and manage tools and materials efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance model-making skills.
Assist in the installation of models for exhibitions or presentations.
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and interns.
