Responsibilities
- Provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner.
- Serve food & beverage to VIP guests with excellent customer services in accordance to hotel standards.
- Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the penthouse.
- Update the guest preference feedback and comments onto the guest profile section.
