Job Description:
We are a leading facility management company based in Dubai, seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to handle both sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies while overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance and operational metrics.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the facility management industry.
Strong knowledge of Dubai’s facility management market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
