About Us
We are a venture studio focused exclusively on building and scaling modern accounting firms.
- 12 firms in portfolio
- ~10M AED in annual recurring revenue
- Proven playbooks across client acquisition, operations, automation, and talent
- Strong centralized support (growth, systems, strategy)
We are now expanding into a new region and are looking for a serious, long-term Co-Founder to lead and build this expansion.
The Role
This is a full-time co-founder role with full operational ownership of launching and scaling our presence in a new geography.
You will build and lead the regional platform, replicate our proven model, and scale multiple accounting brands under the studio structure.
This is not a “job.” This is a leadership seat with real equity and long-term upside.
No capital investment required.
Full-time commitment required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Regional Expansion
- Launch and structure the venture studio model in the new region
- Establish legal, operational, and structural foundations
- Adapt the studio playbook to local market conditions
2. Venture Building
- Identify and validate opportunities within the accounting space
- Launch and scale new firms under the studio umbrella
- Recruit and partner with local operators / managing directors
3. Growth & Revenue
- Drive revenue growth across the regional portfolio
- Oversee client acquisition strategy and partnerships
- Ensure strong unit economics and profitability
4. Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance regional team
- Create accountability and performance systems
- Represent the studio publicly in the region
What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for a passive partner.
We are looking for:
- A serious operator with full-time availability
- Strong execution capability (not just strategy)
- Experience scaling service businesses or multi-entity structures
- High ownership mentality
- Long-term thinking (5–10 year horizon)
- Comfort with responsibility and ambiguity
Ideal background:
- Experience in accounting, finance, or professional services (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience building teams and managing P&L
- Experience expanding into new markets or geographies
