The role requires a senior leader capable of translating strategy into measurable initiatives, strengthening partnerships with institutions and industry stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational and knowledge-based programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and continuously refine the organization’s long-term strategic direction and translate it into a clear portfolio of initiatives and priorities.
• Drive growth across key areas including professional education programs, certifications, research collaborations.
• Establish and oversee the organization’s commercial framework, including value propositions, pricing models, partnerships, and routes to market.
• Curate and manage a portfolio of educational offerings, executive programs, and knowledge initiatives that are scalable and market-relevant.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and institutional stakeholders to support growth and program development.
• Guide the organization’s research and knowledge initiatives toward practical outcomes that can inform educational programs and industry engagement.
• Ensure alignment between research insights, educational content, and program delivery.
• Maintain strong governance, operational discipline, and quality standards across all initiatives.
• Promote innovation in delivery models, including new formats for learning, knowledge exchange.
Candidate Profile
