We are currently seeking profiles through recruitment agencies for the position of Manager Zone based in Ruwais, UAE.
Candidate Profile Required:
- Mechanical Engineer by qualification (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong experience in Shutdowns / Turnarounds and EPC projects
- Proven experience in handling large-scale site operations and project execution
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and profitability management
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of HSE, Quality, and contractual compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall project site operations in Ruwais
- Deliver projects safely, within budget, on schedule, and as per client specifications
- Oversee planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout activities
- Manage project risks, variations, and client communications
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor project financial performance and cost control measures
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors
