We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Manager Zone for a leading Oil & Gas project based in Ruwais, UAE.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong exposure to Shutdowns / Turnarounds and EPC projects
• Experience in handling large-scale site operations and project execution
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and profitability
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of HSE, Quality, and contractual compliance
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage overall project site operations
• Ensure safe project delivery within budget and schedule
• Oversee planning, mobilization, execution, and project closeout
• Manage project risks, client communication, and variations
• Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
• Monitor financial performance and project profitability
