POSITION DETAILS

JOB SUMMAR

The job main role is to develop IT infrastructure solutions and monitor IT to all software and hardware.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILIT

• Manage teams to secure fitness of resources and resolve all problems.
• Plan the analysis, evaluation, testing, implementation, integration, and migration strategy for deployment.
• Act as a project manager in enterprise-wide software rollout/migration projects.
• Define and implement complicated technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and are in line with corporate, project, and budgetary objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to develop a stronger project team and enhance project productivity and results.
• Assess and resolve technical problems that may involve complex integration of technologies across multiple software and hardware platforms.
• Update and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for voice/data infrastructure and Train staff in ITIL best practices relating relevant processes to current company policies and procedures.
• Partner with departments to develop departmental policies and procedures that increase the effectiveness of end-user technology.
• Utilize working knowledge of information security best practices and common data security controls in frameworks to ensure environment is meeting our external audit and client requirements.
• Maintain and increase efficiency of operations through the reduction of outages, the implementation of more effective controls, and the timely resolution of outstanding technology issues.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.

MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTAB

• Participate in formulating TAWAL's strategy and cascade it to ensure each functional area has its objectives and KPIs
• Manage TAWAL's employees; lead by example to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectives
• Assist in financial budgeting through providing insights and recommendations to the respective functional area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Qualifications:

• BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equivalent

1. Minimum Experience:

• 8 years of experience in relevant fields

• VMware Certified professional
• Cisco Certified
• Microsoft Certified IT Professional
