Job Summary:
Experienced security professional with in industrial security, Operational risk management, and operations. Responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across facilities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee daily security operations including access control, and incident response.
- Conduct risk assessments, audit, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Manage and lead security teams, including training and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and government entities.
- Monitor KPIs, incidents, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Support project activities including mobilization, commissioning, and operational readiness.
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quality and safety or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO Methodologies, Data & Reporting or other relevant field
Languages:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
