We are looking for an experienced Manager – Risk & Controls (ICFR) to join on an 8‑month secondment contract based in Abu Dhabi. The role will support Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), risk management, and governance activities across multiple entities and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support ICFR testing activities in line with the company’s control framework and methodology
- Support ICFR planning, coordination, and execution across in‑scope entities and processes
- Perform process walkthroughs, control assessments, and testing activities
- Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
- Identify, assess, and document control deficiencies and support remediation actions
- Liaise with process owners and key stakeholders
- Support management evaluation, reporting, and certification processes
- Assist with external auditor interactions and ICFR‑related information requests
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Controller / Risk & Controls team on related matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ICFR, Internal Controls, Risk & Controls, or Internal Audit
- Manager‑level exposure in large or multi‑entity organizations
- Strong understanding of COSO framework and control environments
- Professional qualifications such as CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA / CMA
- Prior consulting, Big‑4, or secondment experience is a plus
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
