Indian Manager for a Retail Store in El-Ain, Egypt
Our retail store in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking an experienced Indian Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the success of our store. As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store’s budget, inventory, sales targets, and team performance. This position is suitable for men who have experience working in a retail setting and are willing to relocate to El-Ain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets
- Manage the store’s budget and ensure profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules for staff and assign tasks accordingly
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Indian nationality preferred (other nationalities welcome)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager in a retail setting
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
