We are seeking a talented and driven Manager Curriculum (Performance Unit – Sales & Leasing) to join our team. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training curricula to enhance the performance and competencies of our Sales and Leasing team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs and curricula for the Sales and Leasing unit to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements, tailoring curricula to meet market demands.
Design innovative learning experiences using workshops, e-learning, and practical simulations.
Evaluate training effectiveness through various metrics and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure content is current and aligned with best practices.
Lead engaging training sessions and workshops.
Maintain documentation of training programs and oversee curriculum development processes.
Coordinate with management to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
6-9 years of experience in curriculum design and delivery, specifically within sales and leasing functions.
Proven track record in facilitating training programs and improving employee performance.
Strong understanding of sales processes and leasing practices in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Ability to assess training needs and adapt curricula accordingly.
Proficiency with learning management systems and content creation tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
