Role Description The Manager of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for leading sales activities, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets across key accounts and new business opportunities. The Manager of Sales oversees the sales team, sets performance goals, coaches team members, and ensures alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with operations and event delivery teams, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high service standards, and identifying opportunities to expand Av Master Events’ presence in the event, industrial services, and equipment supply markets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast revenue, and identify market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including sales strategy development, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent Communication abilities for client interactions, negotiations, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Demonstrated Customer Service focus, with a commitment to building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Experience in Sales Operations, such as pipeline management, CRM usage, and process optimization.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in events, hospitality, industrial services, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or account management are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and a results-oriented mindset.
