A leading company in real estate development and contracting, working on diverse residential projects (villas and apartments) through a plot sale system, aiming to build a professional operational framework based on quality, compliance, and results.
Job Objective:
Manage and execute real estate projects from the owner’s perspective, ensuring achievement of:
- Quality
- Adherence to timelines
- Cost control
- Representing the owner before all parties (contractors, consultants, governmental entities).
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project as an owner representative (from design to handover)
- Prepare and monitor project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
- Supervise contractors and consultants and manage performance
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and requirements
- Monitor costs and provide periodic reports for senior management
- Coordinate with governmental entities (such as Wafi, guarantee accounts, municipalities)
- Approve materials and samples and ensure quality control
- Manage risks and make quick operational decisions
- Oversee project delivery and execution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience of not less than 10-15 years in:
- Real estate development
- Contracting
- Previous experience as:
- Owner Representative
- Project Manager
