Rendream We are looking for a Manager of Monitoring Applications to oversee, optimize, and contribute to the development of enterprise-level monitoring tools. In this role, you will ensure seamless system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain reliability while also enhancing and customizing monitoring solutions as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Manage, maintain, and develop monitoring applications like Dynatrace, Solar Winds, and Service Now to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure smooth integration, functionality, and customization of monitoring tools.
Identify and resolve performance issues while optimizing system reliability and efficiency.
Work closely with IT and operations teams to improve infrastructure monitoring and develop automation solutions for proactive issue detection.
