We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead a premium nightclub within a Marriott-franchised hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine entertainment management, marketing flair, and commercial acumen to grow the venue.
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience in nightclub, lounge, or premium hospitality/entertainment venues
- Proven track record managing live entertainment — booking and coordinating singers, DJs, and performers
- Strong marketing and brand-building skills, with a clear ability to grow footfall and revenue
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns to drive engagement and bookings
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
- Excellent guest-relations and VIP/client management skills
- Ability to work within the standards and compliance framework of a branded (Marriott) hotel environment
- Strong leadership presence to manage and motivate floor, bar, and entertainment teams
- FIuency in English required (additional languages a plus)
- Flexibility to work late-night and weekend shifts
