We are hiring a Manager Performance Marketing to join an established revenue and commercial team based in Abu Dhabi. This is a crucial role designed for a UAE National who wants to advance the organisation’s digital acquisition capabilities by driving the strategy and optimisation of marketing technology.

As the Manager Performance Marketing, you will take ownership of the performance marketing technology roadmap. You will act as the bridge between business objectives and technology delivery, transforming commercial goals into scalable digital solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset to enhance personalisation and automation across paid and owned marketing channels.

- Manage and define the performance marketing technology roadmap alongside product owners.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Drive market research and competitor benchmarking to find new growth opportunities.
- Champion tools that enhance user acquisition, targeting, and measurement.
- Identify technology and data gaps to improve overall marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
- Optimize workflows to improve campaign execution and reporting.
- Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with key business goals.
- Track vital metrics such as conversion rates, acquisition costs, and attribution performance.
Discover the requirements
This position is open to UAE Nationals.
University degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
Strong understanding of paid media, web analytics, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.
Familiarity with Agile ways of working or holding an Agile certification is a plus.
Experience with in high volume digital consumer environments is preferred.
