We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Manager – Performance Management (Resiliency & Performance Governance) to lead the performance management function with a strong focus on operational resilience.
This role is responsible for ensuring that IT systems, services, and processes are resilient, measurable, and continuously improved through structured performance and risk data. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s resilience framework by enabling proactive monitoring, reporting, and mitigation of technology risks and service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a resiliency-aligned performance and data governance framework covering system availability, recoverability, incident trends, and risk indicators.
- Define and manage KPIs and KRIs related to service continuity, RTO/RPO adherence, system stability, and dependency risks.
- Oversee centralized collection, validation, and consolidation of IT performance and resiliency data across all technology verticals.
- Analyze data and translate into actionable insights for senior leadership, highlighting risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement areas.
- Lead monthly executive reporting on IT performance and resilience posture, including incidents, trends, and remediation progress.
- Coordinate audit, regulatory, and governance reporting related to IT controls and technology resilience.
- Facilitate performance and resiliency review meetings with IT leadership to ensure accountability and data accuracy.
- Identify systemic issues and recurring weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in IT performance management, IT governance, risk management, or operational resilience.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, risk frameworks, and resilience concepts (RTO/RPO, BCP, DR).
- Proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements related to IT resilience.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
