Formulate and communicate Facility Management performance objectives and continuously monitor progressand alignment towards group strategicobjectives
Review and support in the executionof the business plan for the Country FM in line with the strategicobjectives of the department and the Group ingeneral.
Review and work on defining andimproving SLAs, and targeted KPIs.Continuouslylook for areas of improvement and betterment initiatives to enhancethe overall condition and processes for our facilities.
Operational Manage and lead the country functionteam to ensure an efficient, productive, and motivated workenvironment.
Review and approve serviceagreements for Soft and Hard FM including Scope of work, SLAs,Terms & Conditions in addition to the commercialassessment.
Liaise and coordinate with
Sustainability
division to initiate, implement and ensurecompliance with
Sustainability
standards guidelines andtargets.
Liaise and Coordinate with HSSE toensure compliance with the group’s policies and International and local Safety and Securitystandards.
Monitor and provide guidance andsupport to Service providers and contractors serving our facilitiesto ensure best quality and cost-efficient solutions areprovided.
Oversee the commissioning of newfacilities and handover process.
Review andanalyse Asset Management Reports and Data including Asset Life Cycle reports, Spare parts inventory stock vsconsumed.
Provide Dashboards and KPI monitoringtools for measuring technical performance and customerservice.
Build, monitor and review Budget andcontrol expenditures per facility.
Prepareweekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for providing insights andalign with management targets and guidelines.
People Management Assign individual objectives foremployee performance management purposes, manage performance,empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback to supportprofessional development and maximizeperformance
Build strong relations and trustwith stakeholders including Mall management, Retail Managers, andthe
interdisciplinary
support functions.
What You’llNeed To Succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).Minimumexperience of 5 years in a similar Facility managementrole.fmp or cfm Certification is aplus.

Strong Contract Administration andnegotiation skills
