Role overview

During your tenure as a Manager – Digital Experience, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

As the Digital Experience Manager for Deloitte Middle East, you will lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Deloitte’s digital platforms and experience—primarily Deloitte.com, intranet, microsites, and the supporting measurement and optimization ecosystem. You will partner with Growth and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable digital roadmaps, ensure best-in-class UX and SEO performance, and drive adoption of digital tools and standards across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Digital platform leadership & governance
    Own the regional roadmap for external and internal web platforms (Deloitte.com, intranet, microsites), ensuring alignment with Growth priorities and global standards.
    Establish and enforce governance for UX, content quality, accessibility, SEO, tagging/measurement, and release management.
    Lead stakeholder planning sessions to translate annual/quarterly business plans into digital experience initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Web strategy, UX & conversion optimization
    Drive user-centric improvements (navigation, content structure, personalization, CTAs) to improve KPIs such as engagement, bounce rate, scroll depth, downloads, and conversions (e.g., RFP submissions).
    Lead content audits, information architecture improvements, and experience enhancements across priority pages and journeys.
  • Web transformation & projects
    Manage modernization and migration initiatives for intranet/extranet and key web properties that happen every other year, including requirements gathering, vendor/global coordination, change management, training, and post-launch stabilization.
    Oversee site upgrades, product releases, and technical maintenance in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
  • Analytics, insights & performance management
    Own the web measurement framework and KPI model across platforms and campaigns; ensure consistent tracking and reporting.
    Lead performance reviews with stakeholders, turning analytics into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.
  • Search engine optimization
    Define and drive SEO strategy and best practices across the region, partnering with content owners and technical teams to improve visibility and performance.
    Leverage the right tools and ensure proper utilization to drive better traffic to our websites.
  • Digital marketing automation
    Support the regional email automation operating model: intake, prioritization, QA standards, naming conventions, folder structure, templates, approval workflow, and release calendar.
    Partner with key stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into automation journeys (emails, nurture, event programs, forms/landing pages where applicable) and define measurement plans.
    Ensure data, tracking, and attribution readiness in collaboration with analytics/web owners (UTMs, tracking requirements, conversion events, reporting alignment).
    Lead performance reviews: pipeline/lead indicators (as applicable), engagement metrics, database health basics, and campaign ROI reporting – turning results into optimization actions.
    Drive enablement: train stakeholders and team members on automation tools and best practices and ensure compliant usage aligned with brand and risk requirements.
  • Digital tools & capability building
    Own the regional use and optimization of digital experience tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketo, Customer Journey Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Crownpeak, Search Console, Workfront, Infogram, tracking tools, etc.).
    Provide training and enablement to stakeholders and team members; mentor associates and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder management
    Act as the senior point of contact for digital experience across the firm; manage expectations, prioritize demand, and communicate timelines and trade-offs clearly.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience (7-9 years) across website/CMS management, UX, SEO, analytics, and digital performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs, governance, and training.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise digital platforms (AEM/Adobe Analytics/Marketo/CJA/Search Console/Workfront; equivalents acceptable).
  • Strong communication, project leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English.
