An exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Manager to lead the product development, master planning and design coordination of large-scale real estate developments across the UAE. The role will oversee projects throughout the development lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure developments progress efficiently, aligning with strategic objectives, programme and budget.

Description
* Initiate projects, prepare and coordinate the development briefs
* Provide support in master planning and product development, aligning projects with market demands and sustainability objectives
* Manage all aspects of development process including due diligence, entitlements, construction and project closeout
* Work closely with the design consultants to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget
* Coordinate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants to ensure timely project progression.
* Monitor project budgets, programmes and key development milestones.
* Review development proposals and provide commercial and technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage consultant appointments, contracts and deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with relevant UAE planning regulations, development guidelines and statutory requirements.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
* Prepare presentations, reports and updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
* Support financial planning, forecasting and cost monitoring throughout the development process.
