Position: Bar Supervisor
We are hiring! We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious non-alcoholic restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Bar Menu Creation, great knowledge and skills in the field, and a strong background in product costing. If you are a highly skilled professional with a passion for crafting unique non-alcoholic beverages and have a keen eye for cost efficiency, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design innovative, high-quality non-alcoholic bar menus that align with the restaurant’s concept.
Oversee daily operations at the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive bar experience for all guests.
Manage bar inventory and ensure accurate product costing.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Train and supervise bar staff to ensure they meet high standards of performance and service.
Monitor and control bar costs, working with management to stay within budget.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Bar Menu Creation and non-alcoholic beverage crafting.
Strong knowledge of product costing and inventory management.
Previous experience in Dubai and in a similar position is a must.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus).
Preference for Turkish Nationals with relevant experience.
Immediate availability to join the team.
